The sports facilities will follow the public health guidelines while reopening. This is a good link to keep track of COVID updates: https://www.uottawa.ca/coronavirus/en. You can book an appointment with one of the trained counsellors by email or live chat with a mentor.

Many students opt to work while studying to gain experience, connections, and an income. If you are interested in working while studying the University of Ottawa offers a great program called the Work-Study Program which you can check out here (https://www.uottawa.ca/financial-aid-awards/work-study-program). If you are still weighing the pros and cons of this decision, you may like to talk more about it with a student mentor. To connect with a mentor from the Career Centre consult the following link (https://uottawa.saea-tlss.ca/en/academic-gps) and scroll down to the section called ‘mentors’.
